CHIMI is now recruiting a Wholesale Coordinator.

In a short time, Chimi has gone from a Swedish Eyewear start-up to a global scale-up as a lifestyle brand with sunglasses, optics and a newly launched apparel collection. With high growth and continued high ambitions (global expansion), we are now looking to strengthen the team with a Wholesale Coordinator. You will have a commercial driven role within the Wholesale team that is driving sales through our Wholesale partners. Your focus will be in the heart of the business – driving sales and building strong partnerships. You will support the Wholesale Managers as well as having clearly defined responsibilities within order handling and sales support. For the right person there is potential to grow in the role and take a Junior Wholesale Manager position. The role reports directly to Chimis COO. The position is based at Chimi HQ in central Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming orders and secure a smooth process from order incoming, availability check, order registration and confirmation to our wholesale partners

• Support our wholesale partners in the daily operations to create an effective handling of orders, re-orders, stock-levels, campaigns and offers

• Work with the Wholesale Managers to ensure overall success of our wholesale business

• Drive sales and build selected accounts by presenting products and offers, and by implementing effective sales offers and campaigns

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with our wholesale partners to increase sales and long-term success

• Support in the financial management of our partners including invoicing, credits and payment review

Your profile:

• You have experience in B2B sales preferably from a brand within FMCG or fashion

• OR, you have experience in B2C sales in retail with a deep understanding of sales and retail, preferably in a junior manager position

• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets

• Motivated to grow and take on challenges in a very fast-moving scale-up setting

• Achiever who gets stuff done quickly and accurately

• Team-player who take responsibility for your own work

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written

• Relevant academic background is a plus but not a must
