Return your product first, then place a new order.

• Register your return online. Visit Returnado and follow the specified instructions. 

• Pack your products. Pack your product carefully. Please use all original packaging.

• Send your package with the same carrier that delivered it.

• Budbee. You do not need a return label. Report your return to Budbee through the link received via email or through in the app.

• PostNord/DPD. Attach the included return label and hand in the package at your local PostNord or DPD Access point.

• UPS. Attach the included return label and hand in the package at your local UPS Access point. For all options available in your area, please contact your local UPS office.
