Return your product first, then place a new order.

1. Register your return here (opens in a new window)

2. Place the items in the original boxes (inner and outer boxes). If the original outer box is not available, a similar sized box should be used.

3. Stick the return label shipped with your product over the original shipping label.

4. Sweden: drop off the package at your nearest PostNord office or use the Budbee app.

5. Norway: drop off the package at your nearest UPS or Bring office.

6. Rest of the world: Schedule a pickup on ups.com or drop off the package at the nearest UPS access point.
