Return Information

We hope you love your CHIMIs, but if something’s not quite right, you can return your product within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.

Before sending anything back, please make sure your item is:

• In its original condition

• Unused and free from any signs of wear

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed.

A few important notes:

• We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If you don’t pick up your package, a return fee will be deducted from your refund.

• If you return your order, a return fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Return Fee (if package is returned or not collected):

6 USD / EUR / CHF - 59 SEK - 49 NOK - 39 DKK - 4 GBP - 10 AUD.

You can also submit a claim for faulty or damaged products within 1 year from the date you received your order.
