Within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please use the original packaging to carefully pack your product for the return
If you do not pick up your order, kindly note that you will be charged a return fee

Return your product first, then place a new order.
Checklist
Register your return online. Visit Returnado and follow the specified instructions.
Pack your products. Pack your product carefully. Please use all original packaging.
Send your package with the same carrier that delivered it.
Budbee. You do not need a return label. Report your return to Budbee through the link received via email or through in the app.
PostNord/DPD. Attach the included return label and hand in the package at your local PostNord or DPD Access point.
UPS. Attach the included return label and hand in the package at your local UPS Access point. For all options available in your area, please contact your local UPS office.
Norway: Drop off the package at the nearest UPS or Bring office.
